A Commitment to Charities and a Social Conscience

I have a strong social conscience and it is important to support the inspiring work of activists around the world.

Charities that I am committed to are:

We all need clean water, no matter who or where we are.
1 in 10 people don’t have clean water – and climate change is making it worse.

Let’s put an end to animal cruelty. Every year thousands of animals suffer from neglect, cruelty, and abuse. We can end their misery.

We can improve the life of sponsored children through access to nutrition, healthcare, education, clean water and a safe environment. Sponsoring a child helps create the teachers, nurses and community leaders of the future.

Nearly 1.5m people in the UK have macular disease. It affects people of all ages. AMD is the biggest cause of sight loss in the UK, affecting more than 700,000 people.

This Christmas morning over 131,000 children will wake up without a place to call home. The highest number on record. This is an outrage. But it doesn’t have to be this way.

Integral in the proclamation of the Koh Rong Marine National Park in 2018 spanning 524 square kilometres, and in the ongoing monitoring and protection of over 275 coral reef research dives in the archipelago.
